The GUI Scaling values don't even seem to be dependent on the value of the list, but are rather hardcoded depending on what resolution index is picked. From what I saw when looking through some of the methods in Cheat Engine, it seems like a lot of stuff is hardcoded depending on the resolution index they pick (which again, is another resolution list hardcoded).
